PAYMENT AND BOOKING
A 50% retainer fee (non-refundable fee) must be made at the time of booking. You can also pay your session in full when booking. The remainder of your payment is due before the day of your session.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients can contact me 48 hours prior to the session to reschedule and the retainer fee can be credited towards a rescheduled session. If the client does not contact me within the 48 hour time frame to cancel or reschedule, the retainer fee will become a cancellation fee and will not be refunded. If the client payed in full at the time of booking, 50% of the payment will credited towards a rescheduled session if they have contacted me 48 hours prior to the session. In all these instances, the retainer fee is non-refundable.
LOCATION FEES
If a location has a photography fee or an admission fee, it is not included in session pricing, and it may be added as a separate expense for the client to pay. The photographer is not responsible for paying any location or admission fees.
